Body and Soul Studio, a Salon for the Healing Arts is primarily a yoga studio. In addition to a variety of Yoga classes, levels I-IV, there are also classes in Tai Chi and White Crane Silat, an Indonesian martial art.

This lovely space has a bamboo floor, lots of natural light, and a scent free environment.

All props are provided, just bring yourself and an empty belly.

Body and Soul is tucked away down a quaint, quiet alley in Downtown Santa Cruz called Squid Row. It runs between Chestnut Street and Union Street and is located at the opposite end from the Goodwill store.
